Measures to prevent early school leaving
Services > School Dropout Prevention Interventions
Our social cooperative is committed to targeted actions to prevent and counter early school leaving, supporting children, teenagers and young adults through personalised educational pathways. We believe that every young person has the right to express their potential and to find in their learning journey a welcoming, inclusive and stimulating environment.
Our interventions focus on activities designed to foster integration, socialization, and personal well-being, essential elements for restoring motivation and confidence in one’s educational journey. Through creative workshops, study support, individual mentoring, and group activities, we build spaces where young people can feel valued and supported.
Together with institutional representatives – head teachers, teachers, supervisors and sector managers – we jointly define objectives, target groups and operational methods, building tailor-made pathways that respond to the specific needs of the community.

Collaboration with Schools and Public Bodies
- We work in close collaboration with schools, local authorities and other public stakeholders to design effective educational and social interventions that are embedded in the local context. Together with institutional representatives – head teachers, teachers, officials and sector managers – we jointly define objectives, target groups and operational methods, building tailor-made pathways that respond to the specific needs of the community.
- We fully integrate with existing plans and strategic tools, such as school development plans (PTOF) or local intervention programmes, enhancing existing resources and strengthening the internal skills of the organisations involved. Our approach is participatory, flexible and co-design oriented, to ensure coherent, sustainable and truly useful interventions for citizens and young people in the area.
